To access support from the app,
1. Go to the Profile page (From Home screen, click on “My Profile”)
2. On Profile screen, scroll all the way down. At the bottom, towards the left you will see “v” followed by some numbers.
3. Tap and hold this for 3 seconds until the “Support Info” screen comes up.
4. Click on the button “CONTACT SUPPORT”.
5. This opens up your email app with an email drafted for our support team with details about your app’s version and some state information that helps us help you better.
6. Write any additional details in the email. Please do not alter any information already present in the body of the email.
7. Hit send to send us the support email.
